Thank you very much for choosing us! The Peruvian system of services and products sometimes differs from your country. We strongly recommend that you read the following carefully:
Travel in Peru: Machupicchu Luxury Peru operates in regions where accommodation, transportation, and service standards may not be what you would normally expect in your country. However, we strive, with all care and skill, to provide the best service to our clients. Traveling in Peru requires flexibility, patience, open-mindedness, good humor, and the understanding that changes may be made without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure – see below). By booking any of our tours, you agree to allow Machupicchu Luxury Peru to make the necessary changes without liability.
By making a reservation with us, whether through our website, email, social media, or in person, you automatically acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions. Your participation in any of our services constitutes full acceptance of this agreement, designed to ensure a safe, transparent, and satisfactory experience.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
Once you submit your reservation request with Machupicchu Luxury Peru, the confirmation will be subject to payment verification. During this process, we will provide you with a detailed document detailing all the services included and excluded from your package.
If we do not receive an explicit response or objection from you after our communication, we will assume that you agree to our terms and conditions. In such cases, Machupicchu Luxury Peru is not responsible for any misunderstandings or unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

If you book directly through our website, please fill out all the requested information accurately. It is essential that your full name and passport number exactly match those on your ID or passport. Once payment is confirmed, we verify availability and process the necessary permits for your trip.
RESERVATION POLICIES
INITIAL DEPOSIT
To secure your tour or package reservation with Machupicchu Luxury Peru, a non-refundable initial deposit is required. This deposit amount varies depending on the selected itinerary. You can pay with PAYPAL, OPENPAY, IZYPAY, or credit/debit card. Please note that a 5% service fee will apply to card payments and a 9% fee will apply to transactions with credit cards.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
Your reservation is considered confirmed and binding once Machupicchu Luxury Peru has received all your information and verified your deposit. At that time, a legally binding contract will be established between both parties, marking the official start of your next vacation.
SHARED RESPONSIBILITY
All persons included in the reservation are jointly and severally liable according to Machupicchu Luxury Peru. The person signing the contract represents each person included in the reservation, which means that all parties are informed and accept our terms and conditions.
REQUIRED RESERVATION INFORMATION:
Along with the non-refundable deposit, it is essential to provide the following personal information during the reservation process:
1. Full Name
2. Passport or ID number
3. Gender
4. Nationality
5. Date of Birth
These details are crucial to ensure a safe and organized experience with Machupicchu Luxury Peru.
ITINERARY DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
The initial deposit amount depends on the selected itinerary; for the security of both parties, a deposit of:

INITIAL DEPOSIT
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This includes situations such as medical emergencies, as we do not accept medical notes or documentation as justification for reimbursement.
Why?
The deposit is used immediately to obtain permits, tickets, hotels, trains, and service providers; these expenses are non-refundable, therefore, we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
DATE CHANGES
Do you need to change the date of your reservation?
At Machupicchu Luxury Peru, we are here to help, but it’s important to keep in mind the details regarding date changes.
Date Change Penalty:
If you wish to change the date of your tour, a penalty will apply:
Date change 30 days before: 20% penalty
Date change 7 days before: 50% penalty
Why is this penalty applied?
The cost is not charged to us; it is used to purchase new tickets, as the original tickets (reserved for your initial date) are lost and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
At Machupicchu Luxury Peru, we understand that plans can change, so we want to make sure you are fully aware of our cancellation policies, clearly and transparently.
Cancellation Request
All cancellation requests must be formally submitted directly by email to the person who made the reservation, and the initial deposit must be paid.
Reservations confirmed with Machu Picchu Luxury Peru are non-refundable and cannot be canceled for personal reasons, including conflicts or situations arising from personal relationships. Therefore, please ensure you have clearly defined your plans before confirming your reservation.
Cancellation Fees
At Machu Picchu Luxury Peru, we want you to be fully informed about our cancellation policies so you can plan your trip with peace of mind.
Below are the applicable cancellation fees.
Cancellation Fees per passenger
40 days prior to departure: A 50% fee will apply
15 days prior to departure: A 70% fee will apply
7 days prior to departure: A 100% fee will apply
CANCELLATION OR TRIP INTERRUPTION
If you wish to end your tour once it has begun:
No refunds will be issued. The client will be responsible for all subsequent costs (accommodation, transportation, food, etc.).
You may join the group for the tour to Machu Picchu on the last day.
If I am unable to continue the trip due to health or physical issues:
No refunds will be issued.
The client will be responsible for all subsequent costs (accommodation, transportation, food, etc.).
You may join the group for the tour to Machu Picchu on the last day.
Natural disasters and unforeseen circumstances:
If a natural disaster or an unforeseen event beyond our control prevents us from providing our services, causing cancellations, interruptions, or itinerary modifications, we reserve the right to adjust the itinerary to prioritize your safety and the well-being of all our travelers.
If due to these circumstances, the provision of services becomes immediately impossible, no refunds will be issued.
Pandemics or global events:
If a pandemic or unforeseen event prevents us from providing a service:
No refunds will be issued.
Instead, we offer an open ticket to use the service on an alternative date, subject to availability.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Passports and Visas
Travelers must ensure their passports are valid for at least 6 months after the travel date and have the necessary visas.
If you renew your passport, please notify us immediately and send a photo of both your previous and new passport. Otherwise, you may have problems entering Machu Picchu and other sites.
RESERVATION, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICIES FOR THE EXPERIENCE:

Machupicchu Luxury Peru is committed to providing all necessary services and care when carrying out our operations. We employ only qualified, professional personnel. We accept responsibility for the actions committed solely by our staff.
Machupicchu Luxury Peru, however, does not accept responsibility for any actions or events that are unpredictable or unavoidable.
We are also not responsible for improper acts caused by clients or third parties. Machupicchu Luxury Peru is not responsible for adverse weather conditions, accidents, physical damage, loss of personal belongings, natural disasters, extra costs, strikes, etc. It is the responsibility of each client to have insurance that covers any of these events.
Machupicchu Luxury Peru reserves the right to modify the program in the event of any unforeseen event mentioned above.
(1) Reservations for an Experience listed on the Platform must be made with a minimum advance notice, which is specified on the individual Experience page under the “Booking Terms” section. The advance notice required by the End User may vary and depends on each Experience. The minimum advance notice indicated in the “Booking Terms” for each individual Experience serves only as an indicator and does not guarantee a fixed reservation. In the event of non-availability and the End User has already made the purchase, Machupicchu Luxury Peru will issue a refund. All Experiences are subject to the availability of the Provider and Machupicchu Luxury Peru, depending on the Experience provider.
(2) The Experience information will indicate the requirements of the Provider or Machupicchu Luxury Peru for a particular Experience (for example, physical fitness, age, height, etc.). Machupicchu Luxury Peru and the Provider may reject the Experience if the End User does not meet the requirements detailed on the Platform for each Experience. If the End User does not meet the requirements communicated prior to the purchase of the Experience, the End User will not be entitled to any refund.
(3) Unless indicated in the Experience description, transportation and/or accommodation and/or food and beverage services are not included and must be arranged and paid for by the End User. The End User may not claim any compensation or reimbursement for these additional expenses from either the Provider or Machupicchu Luxury Peru. The Experiences will be provided as described on the Platform, without any additional or related services, and therefore the End User should not interpret otherwise.
(4) If the End User does not show up on the reserved date and time of the Experience, and without prior cancellation (in accordance with the cancellation terms of each Experience, Provider, or Machupicchu Luxury Peru), the code used for this Experience, as well as the right to the Experience itself, expires without any claims, refunds, interest, or penalties in favor of the End User, to the detriment of the Provider or Machupicchu Luxury Peru. Details on postponing or canceling a reservation are included on the individual Experience page under “Cancellation Terms.”
(5) Machupicchu Luxury Peru and the Provider must be informed in advance of any postponement or cancellation. These postponement or cancellation requests by the End User or the Provider are clearly detailed on the Experience website in the Cancellation Terms and can only be made via email. The End User must be aware that Machupicchu Luxury Peru or the Suppliers may charge fees in the event of postponement or cancellation. In the event of a reservation postponement, the End User loses all rights to claim a refund for this reservation. Postponement is applied upon confirmation by Machupicchu Luxury Peru. If postponement is not possible, the cancellation terms of the Experience(s) listed on each Experience’s website apply.
(6) If the cancellation requirements mentioned in the Cancellation Terms on the Experience page are met, Machupicchu Luxury Peru will coordinate the End User’s refund within the next 7 business days. The User
