First Day:

  • Pick up from hotels between 03:00 am – 03:30 am by the tourist bus.
  • Travel 3 hours to the town of Chivay, where you will have breakfast.
  • Continuation of the trip to the Cruz del Condor to observe the flight of the condors and enjoy the canyon.
  • Drive to the town of Cabanaconde, located at 3,287 masl.
  • Beginning of the hike through the canyon from Cabanaconde, descending for approximately 3 hours to San Juan de Chuccho at 2,200
  • masl.
  • Lunch in San Juan de Chuccho.
  • Continuation of the hike for approximately 3 hours to the Sangalle Oasis.
  • Arrival and stay in the oasis.
First Day:

Second Day:

  • Wake up at 4:45 am and return trip to Cabanaconde (3 hours of ascent).
  • Breakfast in restaurant.
  • Return to Chivay with stops at the Mirador de Antahuilque and the village of Maca.
  • Visit to the colonial church and opportunity to buy handicrafts and taste Sancayo drink.
  • Visit to the village of Yanque and enjoy the hot springs.
  • Lunch in Chivay.
  • Drive back to Arequipa with stops at the Mirador de los Volcanes and the National Reserve of Salinas and Agua Blanca.
  • Arrival in Arequipa around 17:00 hours.
Second Day:

Includes:

  • Guide.
  • Transportation.
  • Meals (2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 1 dinner).

Does not include:

  • BTC (income).
  • Hot springs s/15.00.
  • Buffet lunch in Chivay.
